I do hourly work and by the job. I charge anywhere between $30 and $45 an hour. Depending on how efficiently i can get the job done, my skill set on the requested job, if I have the proper cleaning tools and solutions, or if I need to purchase anything new.

Don’t worry about tidying up, we will walk through your home and talk about what you would like to have improved, and how I can help. I will make a cleaning checklist for the first clean and we will set a date. that’s it! 

Do your best to gather misc. items. It will take me a lot longer to clean around it and I will not be able to do a thorough job. Be sure to tell me if anything I should know about the space. Have an empty sink.
