Hey Zizzo, you can lie to all the courts saying you were not properly served, but we know the truth we were there, then you can start your complaining about change of venue and boo hooing about being to sick to show up, but we know the truth about that as well! The Honey Walker suit in NY is for a million plus and that attorney is known as one of the best, so your lying garbage is not going to get you out of that one! Not going to get out of the one in LA either, and there is another two suits coming for copyright theft! Plus, another huge one coming out of a another state where you harassed the breeder with your lies and calling every agency in the world on them. You are going down, big time! The police are even closer to arresting you as well. Happy jail time! We also have a private investigator watching your every move!!!!!
If you can't do the time don't do the crime....so quit your whining! The courts and the judges are getting pissed at you! And then we ...all your victims will have the last laugh, and we will come visit you in jail! Maybe they will let you spew your lies and hate from the jail computer, or NOT!
But we are going to take that computer as well as have your car towed away for non-payment, which you are well known for! You want to keep this fight going for another 6 years? Great, we will win with the law on our side! So keep it up you are just proving our case for us!

This website has been taken down due to the constant attack upon me, my business and anyone that ROSE MARIE ZIZZO thinks that I know, or anyone she does not like, or anyone that has my cats. Don't believe anything she says, she is a cat breeder with a terrible reputation, kicked out of CFA for animal welfare issues and her libelous website. We all tried to help her clean up her act, this is what we got; attacked, stalked, lied about, harassed, screamed at, cheated out of what she owed us, hundreds of threatening or harassing emails, spam generated by her to other catteries telling them horrible lies about me, online guestbooks grafittied with her spam and lies, letters written to my neighbors claiming horrible things, state attorney generals, the BBB, and CFA, Animal control was sent here numerous times along with the humane society, local vets were spammed, and every online complaint board or chat room she can find has a complaint posted by her. Were reported to the sales tax board, some had SSI called on them, with huge false allegations made, causing those to lose their income, though she is on that one herself. She did these things NOT ONCE BUT OVER AND OVER!
She hacked my emails and spammed my contacts or anyone I was writing to, she hacked my website and had it taken down, several times, alleging (falsely) copyright infringement, because she learned that gets it down quick. She is the one guilty of copyright theft, having stolen my picture, pictures of my cats, articles I have written, and my graphics. She has continued this attack non-stop for 4 years, for a cat she got 5 years ago! A cat that lived with her and 15 other cats in a small travel trailer for a YEAR! And then she did her bi-annual dump of her cats at the local shelter. Just threw them away.
Isn't it ironic that someone like her would put up a website like this! She is the worst breeder I have ever come across and should be on her own list. She is exactly the type of breeder she is trying to warn you about! And SHE IS STILL BREEDING! and selling her kittens in the Beaumont/Riverside California area! Persians and Himalayans, silvers, goldens and maybe chocolates. She has a very strong NYC accent. This is what she looks like!
Don't read just the blurbs on the search engines. We promise that if you actually read her complaints about us, the ones she wrote herself and put all over the internet, you will see that she is off mentally. They do not make sense, they are made up, they are contradictory, ramble on and on about nothing and are venom filled hate and lies. We do not need to defend ourselves, we believe you are smart enough to figure it out real quick. Besides, if all of our cats are disease ridden how could so many of them be out there in so many chocolate catteries producing wonderful babies with no problems? There wouldn't be any cats to reproduce! It was only her cat, in her cattery, living in a travel trailer with 15 other cats for a year. Guess where the problem was.
She has been breeding for over 25 years, never had a registered cattery name until 2002, kept her cats in carriers, told me if her kittens got sick she just let them die, and never met her end of a trade, or even finished paying for most of her cats. She cheated so many of us, why do you think she is attacking all of us?
I have never cheated anyone in my life, had a perfect record with CFA for 25 years until her constant complaints. They suspended her for animal welfare, not me.

She is an extortionist, blackmailer, stalker, hacker, bad cat breeder, liar and harasser and has been posting the same complaint over and over everywhere on the internet in places she can find that do not monitor what people write. The same person posting that one complaint, over and over, everywhere, about the cat she got from me for over 4 years now. She killed the cat and then wanted me to pay her! Everyday she does something new and despicable to me! But it is going to stop, there are 5 law enforcement agencies looking into her criminal activities.
She has now been sued by many of the people she has named on her FIP list. She has no proof any of those catteries have FIP it is just to keep people from buying from them or me, in hopes they will be angry at me or worry that their cats may become sick. A tactic to destroy my name and anyone associated with me. Most of those people I did not know but have now become very good friends with, brought together in this fight to rid the world of another Saddam/Hitler/Osama type person. She is a hate and anger filled wizened up old woman, and nothing on her website written by her has any proof, or truth. Beware!
She attacks my friends, other breeders she thinks know me or have my cats, anyone that she thinks I know whether I do or not, and anyone who crosses her. She is obsessive, corrupt and most of what she posts is a 4 year old lie about the cat she killed, or things she just makes up to satisfy her need to pursue her vendetta. This is the third person tactic that stalkers use to get a reaction. This is extortion and is against the law.
The legal community is looking to go after her under the RICO act.
She bought Ed Magedson's book on how to destroy people and used his syntax word for word on her website. Type his name into any search engine. He has been arrested for his extortionist business on ripoff.com and he has been sued by many people. She is doing the same thing.

The FBI is working on a case involving her extortion, and the San Diego DA is working on a stalking case against her.
There is also a copyright attorney working on that aspect.
We just won a lawsuit against her, she never showed up but attempted to manipulate the court thru letters and numerous harassing phone calls to the court. But, the judge saw right thru her.
She seems to think she is immune to all these criminal violations. We have already won one court case, there are several more in the works, including the criminal investigations, and this crosses state lines and goes international.
She has also registered a domain in my cattery name, to post her hate, libel and lies and her attacks on others in my name, with lots of stolen graphics, stolen name, stolen pictures, stolen emails, stolen web pages, stolen articles.
My question to you, do you think a "normal" person would do something like this and that you can believe what someone like this says?
